Shipping

  1. How much do you charge for shipping?

    Shipping is calculated base on product weight, dimensions and destination.  Freight costs will be displayed on the checkout pages once your delivery options have been selected.

  2. When will your order be shipped?

    Your order will be shipped once your payment has been processed. Usually the following business day.

  3. What Courier Company / Shipping Service do you use?

    The service we use for most of our deliveries is Toll Priority prepaid.

    With this service Toll Priority will deliver your item to your nominated delivery address. Note that Toll Priority CANNOT deliver to Post Office Boxes.

    We also use Australia Post Express Satchels.

    In the case or large or heavy items we will contact you to determine the most effective method to freight to you.
    Our transit guidelines are:

    Kalgoorlie / Boulder / Kambalda: 1 Day depending on time of order
    Other WA inc Perth Metro: 2-4 working days
    Other Capital Cities: 2-4 working days
    Regional areas outside western Australia: 2-7 working days
     

  4. Can I send my own courier to pick up from your warehouse?

    Yes.
    Place your order with the Pickup delivery option chosen then please give us notification via email to orderskal@gcs.com.au that you are sending a courier to pickup your order for you. Please quote your online order number in the email.

    Please also ensure that your courier has your order number and name as a pickup reference. You will be contacted by us via email when your order is ready for pickup, or if we require additional payment verification.

  5. Can I Pick up from your warehouse?

    Yes,
    In virtually all cases your order can be picked-up from our warehouse. To do this, please select "Pickup" as your delivery preference.

    There is no delivery charge when you pick up from us.  You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pick up.

    Our office hours are; Mon-Fri 8am-5pm AWST.

    There are some items that are warehoused in another location. These cannot usually be picked up, and must be shipped to you. If this is the case we will contact you.

    Damaged Goods
    If the goods are visibly damaged when the courier delivers them to you - please do not accept the parcel. Once you have signed for the package you are accepting the parcel in its damaged condition.
